How did you get into the industry?
A fine art photographer friend hired me to style a floral show in Italy. At the time I was still working as a chef. First day behind the camera he said "you know you're a food stylist, right?". I had no idea what a food stylist was at the time.
What inspires you?
Being surrounded by passionate people.

Minneapolis, Minnesota

That's impossible for this food stylist to answer.
What do you like to do on the weekends?
Try new restaurants, walk my dogs, and relax.
What is your favorite band or type of music?
Currently, I am obsessed with the music of Fiji.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
Work hard and be nice to people.
What book, movie read/seen recently you would recommend and why?
Drops Of God, a multilingual series on wine. I loved it.
Are you a traveler or a homebody? Why?
Definitely a traveler, for all the right reasons.
