How did you get into the industry?
Picked up a camera in High School and took some Black and White Darkroom classes. Graduated from SIU-Carbondale with Bachelors degree in Cinema and Photography. Knocked on a bunch of doors after college and caught on with enough commercial photographers and producers to make a decent living as a Photo Assistant and Photographer for the past 17 years. Along the way I have meet a ton of great people and worked on all sorts of productions.

Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
What book, movie read/seen recently you would recommend and why?
Grease 1 or 2. The soundtrack makes my girls very happy. It brings joy to my face to see them singing and dancing to it all the time without a concern for anything else in the world.
Are you a traveler or a homebody? Why?
All of the above. There is time to explore and a time to regroup at home.
